By participating in the event Share a Christmas Card with a Stranger (SACC), you are deemed to have accepted the below Terms & Conditions.
General information
The SACC event can be accessed on www.shareachristmascard.com.
The SACC event is held by Trollbeads A/S, Toldbodgade 13, 1253 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
SACC will take place from 18.10.2021 to 31.12.2021.
If you design your own Christmas card(s), your design(s) cannot violate third party copyright or trademark rights and we reserve the right to delete any picture(s) that violate these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary.
The prizes in the lottery has an estimated value of EUR 25 – EUR 615 and the prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
If you are the lucky winner of a prize in the lottery, it is your own responsibility to be familiar with the taxation rules in your country.
Further we reserve the right to exclude a participant without notice if the participant violates these Terms & Conditions.
Trollbeads A/S reserves the right to extend, modify or terminate the event at any time.
At all times you can request us to remove you from the database of the event. However, we cannot guarantee that a participant has not received you address if you are removed from the SACC event late in the period of the event.
Entry requirements
The event is global, but all participants must be over 18 years to participate in this event.
All employees at Trollbeads A/S and subsidiaries can participate, but employees cannot receive prizes from the lottery.
When participating, you will receive all relevant and needed information under “My Page” on
www.shareachristmascard.com when logging in with your Trollbeads account. If you do not have an account, you must create an account which will be stored by us on the Trollbeads.com platform.
When creating your account, it is possible to sign up for our newsletter. However, please note that signing up for the newsletter is voluntary and is not a requirement for participating in this event.

When you participate in SACC, you agree that we share your name and address with 5-15 other participants in the event in order for them to send you a greeting Card.
Your address will be visible under “My Page” on 5-15 other participants accounts on
www.shareachristmascard.com during the period for the event.
We do not share other personal data than your name and address during the event and we do not share any personal data with people outside the SACC event.
When posting a picture of the greeting card(s) you have received, please make sure that no personal data/information such as name and/or address is visible in the uploaded picture.
It is important for us to protect all personal data belonging to the SACC participants. Trollbeads A/S therefore reserves the right to remove any picture containing personal data or personal information.
When the SACC event is closed on 31.01.2022, all addresses will be removed from all the involved participants’ accounts.
Permissions
When participating in the SACC event on www.shareachristmascard.com, you agree that an image of the front of your own greeting card sent to other participants can be uploaded on www.shareachristmascard.com, when the recipients upload a “thank you for the card”-message.
When participating in the SACC event on
www.shareachristmascard.com , you provide us and our subsidiaries with an exclusive and royalty free license to commercially use both any picture(s) of your personal created greeting card(s) uploaded by another participant in a “thank you for the card”-message and your picture(s) of your received greeting card(s) that you have uploaded on www.shareachristmascard.com while the event is running and afterwards.
We do not in any way allow 3rd parties to use the uploaded pictures without your consent.
